I had a problem with my probe which was still under warranty, after contacting customer service who responded very quickly to my request, I sent my probe back for repair, and it was very quick. If you have a problem, don't hesitate, the team is top notch!

Quick delivery. Super app and probe. I was expecting a lot from this equipment given the good comments I read before buying it and the price, which hurts a bit, but it's worth it and I'm not disappointed. I had a lot of trouble motivating myself to do my perineal exercises, I found it long and boring, but with the probe it's great and the time goes by quickly.

Good product, very fast delivery, the price is still a bit too high, but it's the right choice to support a French start-up.
