The working principle is very simple, but it remains to be seen how effective it will be in the days to come as the various exercises are performed. A rewarding experience for working on your perineum.

It's great to get feedback on the tensioning. The bar helps a lot with this. Games in general great idea to make it more fun and time goes by faster. Game eg hammer throw does not fit to tense. Since eg lifting the ball is much more appropriate. App is unfortunately very confusing. I do not really know where to start and find the menu below rather confusing. A clear start eg to get to know Emy would be helpful. I am unsure about the position of Emy - is she sitting correctly at all? An introduction with tensing and relaxing would be helpful. Also don't even know what was good or bad. Is a trophy good? Are there only the 3 known medals? This is good for the motivation and nicely meant but you want to know what you are at. So there is also somehow a lack of structure.

Product arrived quickly after ordering. No particular problems. The application could be better developed: here, whatever the chosen theme, the "games" are all a series of exercises always in the same order and in which there's no real interaction. Making a "board" game in which the types of effort would be proposed randomly and in the form of moving a character who might have to jump or move to escape obstacles, for example, would be more fun and give less of an impression of being in the process of re-educating one's perineum.

Very happy with the purchase. The app and the device work very well and the exercises are fun. Before, I had never been 15 minutes at a time doing Kegel exercises because it was very tiring. Now, on the other hand, I do them as if it were nothing...

My first session went well. Easy to use

I did receive the probe? it doesn't charge properly and I haven't been able to speak to the customer service...answering machine in place without being able to leave a message, a first e-mail and the answer doesn't correspond to my expectations, a second e-mail and I'm waiting...I think it would be easier to explain by telephone! I'm obviously disappointed and I hope a solution will be found.... until then.

I like everything in general...the mini-games etc...What I miss is that it tells you more things, like the strength you have...or if you pull more of a muscle or another...and the evolution since you start...to see the progress in your pelvic sleep.since the emy device has 360° sensors...it could be even more accurate.

The concept is great, but for our generation, born with a game boy in our hands, the animation of the games is poor.
