Easy to order, fast delivery, easy-to-use probe, easy to wash, attractive design, discreet in its box. Clear rehabilitation programs covering all contraction modes. Nothing to criticize except perhaps an explanation of how to open the box the first time, as I first tried to pull on the 2 parts of the box before attempting to "unscrew".

Very intuitive and pleasant application in terms of the exercises to use. However, the probe is a little wide for me, given the problems I have, so it's a little difficult to use at first.

Good handling of the order/delivery

Delivered very quickly. Neatly packaged. Nice Emy probe. The price is a bit prohibitive... We'll have to try and get mutual insurance companies to cover the cost (instead of sessions with a midwife)...

Quite disappointing, the Bluetooth disconnects very often even though my phone is right next to it. For the price, the device could come with a power socket and a small pouch for storing your equipment.

Fun discovery: having games to strengthen your perineum is good, it makes you want to do it, it's a constraint.

I had a problem with my probe which was still under warranty, after contacting customer service who responded very quickly to my request, I sent my probe back for repair, and it was very quick. If you have a problem, don't hesitate, the team is top notch!

I'm completely satisfied with this purchase. Every woman throughout her life, and not just in the post-natal period, can benefit from reeducating her perineum.

Fantastic service: the order was prepared on the day of ordering, delivery took 2 days. Superb after-sales service too.
