Fast delivery. Probe as expected.

The probe worked for 15 days and then nothing for the moment it has gone back to SAV no news!

Satisfied with the product. On the other hand, customer service is non-existent. I had problems getting the probe to work, so I sent an e-mail to which I never received a reply.

Delivered quickly and without a hitch. The case is very practical: for storage and recharging. The probe is easy to use and intuitive. I find the application simple and practical. I think the probe is ideal for all women who want to train their perineum beyond the physio and stay motivated! Léa from customer service is available to answer all our questions.

The order went through real quick but I didn't get a receipt or anything. So I wrote to the service and they checked it - that was really nice. But delivery got delayed none the less and they only said - sorry. I had expected a bit more than that cause without complaint I would still be without product.
