If the introduction of the probe is painful, or if you feel irritated, I invite you to use a water-based lubricant, which will facilitate the introduction.
If the probe comes out during your contractions, perhaps you are pushing instead of contracting. We advise you to persevere with your exercises. After a few sessions, your pelvic floor will be stronger and you should notice an improvement in the retention of the probe.

I am very happy with this catheter. I'm hoping to improve my pelvic floor musculature as I'm leaking urine and I'm starting to feel the squeezing when I have a spasm. I'll let you know in a while if it's conclusive. Thank you
