I think the probe is a little too big. I have to use a lubricant, I try to dose it well. The problem is that it's difficult to insert and once in place, it comes out when I do my exercises.
In theory, there's no need to hold or move the probe during your exercises. Covering the external white part (which contains the Bluetooth antenna) may cause signal loss.
Emy adapts to all morphologies: depending on your anatomy, the external part may protrude more or less from your vagina. If the probe comes out during contractions, you may be pushing instead of contracting. â ïž
We advise you to persevere with your exercises. After a few sessions, your perineum will be more toned and you should notice an improvement in the way the probe is held in place.
It's also possible that you're using too much lubricant, which could explain why the Emy probe is slipping outwards.
