SOMETIMES SOME PHOTOS OF AN ITEM DON'T APPEAR. I HAVE TO RETURN THE BRACELET TO CHANGE THE SIZE. I WAS MISLED BY THE SIZE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM (SEE ORDER EVALUATION). I BOUGHT IT DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD AT A PRICE THAT SUITED ME (-40%). I REALLY HOPE YOU CAN GUARANTEE ME THAT THE EXCHANGE WILL BE MADE ON THE BASIS OF THE PRICE OF MY PURCHASE?!?! There's nothing to complain about on the site except that you can't see the back of the tee shirts, which is a shame, and secondly, I discovered that since I had to return an item, I had to pay for the return by post! No bar-coded return label for a free relay return like on most other sites. Personally, this discourages me from recommending!

Hello, thank you for your feedback on the back of the Tshirts, we're going to do a new photo session to add this side which is clearly missing from the product sheet. Concerning paid returns, unfortunately this is a service we can't offer, unlike the big players on the web. As independent designers, we don't have access to their delivery rates, and we can't offer delivery and returns. So we've chosen to offer delivery and let the customer pay for a return in the event of a size error, for example. If it's a mistake on our part, however, we'll pay for the return.

A superb necklace like all the ones I've ordered in the past from Flibustier, and alas I'm going to have to send it back because it's too small and my wife can't fit her head inside, next time I'll have to check the length of the necklace with the size of my wife's head...
