As far as the site is concerned, nothing to complain about, I now have complete confidence in it. I had to return a product to change size, and customer service was extremely responsive when I contacted them, which was a pleasure.
I didn't give 5 stars because I had a voucher following a return, and this cannot be combined with the loyalty discount, nor can it be used on a made-to-measure order... shame.

Easy to access site, simple to order. I had to return the bracelet because it was too big. The only downside is that we have to pay for the return postage (8€ to be insured by colissimo). I'd also have liked a refund rather than a credit note, as I had a coupon to use and the 2 couldn't be combined.

Very good, but I had to go back to the website because the order was late and I hadn't heard anything. On the other hand, the phone call back was very quick, as was the proposed solution, and the young woman was very pleasant and very professional.
