The order was not correct, I had to call back several times because no one was able to handle the problem. The AI on the site rejected my request with an incomprehensible reason. In short, nothing went right with this order, I am waiting for the refund.

Very fragile bracelet for the price, the elastic broke after a month and the after-sales service is extremely long, they were supposed to contact me but never did. It was only after a month that I called them that they released the repair.

Hello, Quality jewelry, however my jewelry (bracelet) is much too long than advertised.
I ordered a bracelet but received a ring, I reported that the order was wrong but they replied two days later and still haven't informed me that they sent me the correct order. They make up a ridiculous excuse that we didn't send your order because you didn't give me your phone number even though they didn't ask for it.
What a disappointment. We've known this brand for years (since the first boutique), but it's getting worse and worse. Ordered on February 6 for Valentine's Day, no news on February 14. Finally, after a reminder, the product is only available in the boutique and they refuse to send it to us !!!! What a disappointment. Deaf and unresponsive customer service, no solution offered... Long gone are the days when this brand took customer satisfaction to heart. Farewell for our part.
I'm not going to add to it, Flibustier customer service knows the origin of this note. I'm sorry, because I've been one of the brand's first prescribing customers since its launch. But your Flibustier processes clearly need a little rethinking! I wish you all the best. I think we'll do without me from now on. I know, you'll do just fine without it. I hope you will. Disappointing.impossible exchange
Disappointed with my ring I thought it would be bigger
Delivery in a relay point when I paid to have it in person and I was at home all day.
Shameful to charge for returns and to charge again for postage after an exchange. Too bad, because the product is not bad. But not commercial at all!
Third (and last) order Delivery level you're lousy
The item I had initially chosen, on special offer at around €150, surprisingly went back to its original price (€250) when I entered the coupon code. I had to fall back on another, less expensive item, but one that was disappointingly crude (the size of the stones was not specified in the description), too large and unattractive for me. I don't even want to bother returning it.
The parcel I received was exactly as ordered. The only problem was with the delivery. The parcel was left in another letterbox, in another area, even though the indications were correct. We got the parcel back after two days because the person who found it was very honest! The complaints department contacted us to explain the situation.
The ring ordered is not as shown in the photo and does not bear the inscription "flibustier".
Items have been returned for over a month at my expense and I still haven't been reimbursed, I have to call, e-mail again... I'm very disappointed, I have no intention of buying this brand again.
Damaged parcel and no commercial gesture... I have to offer the ring without case or bag.... 100 euro for a simple little silver ring with mediocre service.... I think it's a bit of a scam. I won't buy anything here
Father's Day gift expected 2 days before. Received 3 days later
Very disappointed... I ordered a 17cm bracelet to put under the Christmas tree, but received a 20cm bracelet that was much too big! A real disappointment, so I'm waiting to see what Flibustier has to offer. Otherwise product quality and perfect packaging.
I'm not happy because when the size doesn't fit you have to return the parcel at your expense and that's already 2 times so I won't be ordering again.
The product is impeccable, but make sure you get the right size because the return will not be refunded and your discount bridges will be lost!
