I tried to use the link "15% off if you subscribe to the newsletter". When clicking on it - it came to 10% - and then we never received the code. So I ended up paying full price. Another thing - the prices were not the same on Android, Apple, and computer - very strange. Otherwise - positive point, the delivery, and care of the package was PERFECT

I ordered a size XL and received a size S. I requested an exchange at the Paris store but it is impossible to reserve the desired size more than 24 hours before going to the store. I was told 10 times that it was impossible to block a piece of jewelry more than 24 hours in advance while I come from the province. What a shame because the jewelry is very beautiful.

Good product, the quality is there. Unfortunately I found the packaging to be of much poorer quality. I had ordered a small card with a personalized note, but I only received the jewel. Given the price of the jewel, it could be a little more attractively packaged.
Bracelet sent in January because the elastic was broken 1 year later. I waited until September after 3 calls to receive my repair. They had "forgotten" me. Not cool

A week's delay
Pretty earrings, but a little disappointed because the stone is more pink than red, and the length of the earrings looks longer in the photo than in reality.
However, the size is the same and is clearly indicated in the item details. Can you measure one of your earrings to compare?
The jewels are beautiful, but ordering the right size seems to be mission impossible. Even if I try twice, it doesn't fit. Too bad, I'm keeping the larger size because €10 shipping to exchange it is getting really expensive!

Quality products undeniably but disappointed with the responsiveness of the sales team I normally had a discount voucher following registration and impossible to validate the amount was not huge but just on principle.
Good evening, satisfied with the bracelet. The delivery was fast and impeccable. What I find unfortunate is that I needed to exchange the size of the bracelet. So I had to pay the return postage, unfortunately when I ordered the bracelet it was on special offer, so I had to pay the difference and again the postage. Difficulty logging on to the site to create a new password, in order to access the bracelet refund because the size did not match, obligation to contact the store for a refund by three times.
The site is good; however, the delivery was dropped off at a relay point that was not even close to my home. This was changed at the last minute for an even more distant Point Poste: only to be unable to pick it up on Saturday because the post office was exceptionally closed... Give preference to Colissimo in the future!

After-sales service repair times need to be reviewed and, above all, you need to keep your customers informed, as they are too often left without any news. Repairs are very well done and the staff are pleasant.
A regular customer of Flibustier for several years, I was disappointed mainly by the delivery service, its poor organization, and the great lack of communication on the part of the seller. I chose the DPD delivery service, which I had to pay for by making an appointment to pick up my order at home, but the delivery service didn't intervene, I got a call and the delivery was changed to a workplace delivery, because the initial appointment had not been kept... In short, I'm paying more for a service that's cheaper. Customer service tells me that something went wrong when I scheduled my delivery, that I was too quick to choose the time slot (I had received the e-mail to do so), and that in fact, the parcel hadn't really left... Well, as a commercial gesture, they enclosed a "gift" with the parcel, telling me that the delivery would also be reimbursed for the inconvenience, in the end the delivery wasn't reimbursed, and the gift enclosed with the parcel therefore turned into an "unwanted purchase"... My comment is only intended to communicate this bad experience and the seller's lack of interest in the customer, and I'm close to my money, as it's hard to earn. It's a shame to lose customers over unfulfilled commitments. I put two stars, because it's not possible to put one and a half, I don't think there's any dishonesty, at least I hope not, but a word is a word, it's something I undertake to respect every day in my work, it would be so nice if in this case the same thing were done in this case...

I've ordered from them before without any problems but this time I'm disappointed. I asked for gift wrapping and I didn't get it, and I asked for a little note that I didn't get either ... I sent an e-mail to explain my situation and no reply ... more than disappointed, I'm going to have to do everything at the last minute to avoid disappointing the person I intended to give it to.
Unfortunately, the 24/48 hour deadline indicated on the website was not respected.

No com.my item is still in "order preparation" and has never changed status.
I put 3 because following the return of goods where I had to pay the return costs, I was given a credit without being asked if I wanted a refund. What's more, when I reordered, I still had to pay the shipping costs. They weren't even taken with the credit note. Disappointing.
The color of the new leather is far too light compared to the original: a pity. Otherwise, very good after-sales service.
Products are true to the known quality, but there was one complaint about a manufacturing defect that was not honored.
Very good product but error on the order (delivery of the wrong bracelet). Too bad, the first shipment was perfect.

Products and goodies are always of the highest quality. So 5/5 for Flibustier. On the delivery side, however, Mondial Relay deserves a 0/5. Too bad for this blight on your image.
