A pearl from another stone had slipped into my bracelet. The bracelet had to be sent back and waited for again. A complete check of the product could perhaps have avoided this. The boutique did, however, deal with it very quickly, with a nice little gift as a gesture of goodwill and a little note of apology.

Communication is poor. 15 days to receive my parcel. OK maybe because of the Post Office, but at the very least, they could have offered a small commercial coupon so that I could recommend them again without this bad experience. Plus, I really love their bracelets, which are of superb quality. It's a shame about communication... and the direct "yes bah it's not our fault. Goodbye!
