I bought the interchangeable pendant and an ornament on the website. For me, it was a very good experience. First of all, the pendant was no longer available on the website, but there was still a copy in the boutique, which they sent back to me with the ornament. I was warned of a delay at the time of the first exchange and despite this, they phoned me a second time to warn me of a possible delay. Super pro! In the end, the order arrived earlier than expected and despite everything, a pin was offered to me for the delay, a very kind attention.
