I am really happy with my order it came on time & its gorgeous....but another item that was ordered by my partner to the same location got stuck at customs then got sent back to the flibustier the payment has been taken & wee still dont have the item that was ordered i dont know if i would buy another item if it was for an occasion as it wouldnt be here on time but other than that there items are really nice

Good product, the quality is there. Unfortunately I found the packaging to be of much poorer quality. I had ordered a small card with a personalized note, but I only received the jewel. Given the price of the jewel, it could be a little more attractively packaged.
