Easy to access site, simple to order. I had to return the bracelet because it was too big. The only downside is that we have to pay for the return postage (8€ to be insured by colissimo). I'd also have liked a refund rather than a credit note, as I had a coupon to use and the 2 couldn't be combined.

The price is more expensive than for many other brands offering equivalent bracelets, but the quality justifies the price, the whole is very well finished and coherent, tending more towards jewelry than "simple" accessories.
