Navigating the site from my phone was a bit tricky.
Website not intuitive enough, not very qualitative. Some of the photos of the items presented do not work, are not visible even when you click on them.

For a 180€ purchase, it would be nice to include a gift such as a tote bag or other item, which is what you used to do, but now nothing at all - your new order tracking system is very poor.
I'm satisfied but not entirely... because the parcel was conform but I had left an engraved word and this word was not there when the parcel was opened. Too bad... otherwise very good bracelet

I've always loved your products. This isn't the first one I've ordered (Sunda). However, be careful with the delivery. The adhesive tape on my parcel was all unstuck, so much so that I could easily grab the case of my bracelet. Receiving an open parcel is not very nice, especially when you pay the price.... Apart from that, don't change a thing!
Lamentable return policy: obliged to pay return costs (7.45euros) for an exchange (purchase of 79 euros) I do not recommend this site !!!!

It's not easy to figure out how to make a gift card
The repair service was very correct but the delivery service was too long, especially when the relay point proposed by the site was in fact a closed store and so I had to reselect another relay point to finally have a place for delivery.
Delivery is a Null. Following an error in my address my package was sent back to flibustier and they ask me to pay the shipping costs again. For an order of more than 150€ I find it lamentable and unmerchantable!
An addressing error prevented the post office from delivering your parcel, but we are not responsible for either the addressing error or for the fact that the post office did not get back to you. We make absolutely no margin on deliveries and unfortunately we have to pay for a new delivery each time we send you a parcel, and it is impossible to get a refund for the previous one. We therefore offered you the option of paying for a relay point delivery, but this apparently didn't satisfy you. We are therefore at an impasse because you feel that it is up to us to pay for home delivery, which was not originally a free service, and for a mistake that we did not make. Best regards,
The product description could have been more precise
I measured my wrist before ordering, but the bracelet is a bit big... I don't know what I'm going to do yet, send it back for an exchange or find a local shop to remove two/three pearls, as the return postage will be very expensive. What's more, you haven't solved the problem of customs fees, which add terribly to the price of jewelry, especially for the Swiss, and greatly reduce the number and frequency of orders.
I'm a bit disappointed by the comments about my use of the tracking object. as if I'd played with it until I broke it. when in fact I was careful to take it off for sleep or other activities.
SOMETIMES SOME PHOTOS OF AN ITEM DON'T APPEAR. I HAVE TO RETURN THE BRACELET TO CHANGE THE SIZE. I WAS MISLED BY THE SIZE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM (SEE ORDER EVALUATION). I BOUGHT IT DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD AT A PRICE THAT SUITED ME (-40%). I REALLY HOPE YOU CAN GUARANTEE ME THAT THE EXCHANGE WILL BE MADE ON THE BASIS OF THE PRICE OF MY PURCHASE?!?! Delayed delivery. Hard to get a response from customer service.
There's nothing to complain about on the site except that you can't see the back of the tee shirts, which is a shame, and secondly, I discovered that since I had to return an item, I had to pay for the return by post! No bar-coded return label for a free relay return like on most other sites. Personally, this discourages me from recommending!
The site is well designed. On the other hand, shipping to foreign countries, in this case Switzerland, is really not optimal. Because there were no documents with the shipment. Customs blocked the parcel and I had to provide them with a copy of the invoice for the value. So I lost 2 weeks....

Very good product but poor delivery management
Jewelry as pictured, it's really beautiful. Unfortunately it arrived a little damaged and the quality of the silver is questionable (it turns your fingers green, and is very, very easily damaged). I own 4 signet rings from different jewelry stores and have never had this kind of problem. Nevertheless, it remains one of the prettiest I own.
I was very unpleasantly surprised to have to pay customs fees. Your products are sumptuous, but already quite expensive. You add the cost of delivery and decide whether or not to buy the gift. But customs fees are a nasty surprise on arrival that you can't estimate before ordering!
