I was not informed of the arrival of the parcel...It was returned to you within a day! It was a recommnde following a size error. I had made my first purchase last year, and was satisfied with it. We thought we'd get wedding rings from you, but considering the follow-up and the sizes (which differ from one product to another), I'm skeptical about the future... Too bad!

The products are excellent. Replies to emails sent are non-existent despite total orders of over € 1000.- in 2017! It's a shame that the service doesn't match the quality of the products.
Non-automated returns management. No possibility of returning the package via the delivery system initially chosen (e.g. pick-up station).
The site could be even clearer, with products presented in 360° zoom, on the hands of a mannequin, etc. At the price at which jewelry is sold, we expect more ergonomics on the site.

Communication is poor. 15 days to receive my parcel. OK maybe because of the Post Office, but at the very least, they could have offered a small commercial coupon so that I could recommend them again without this bad experience. Plus, I really love their bracelets, which are of superb quality. It's a shame about communication... and the direct "yes bah it's not our fault. Goodbye!
Very happy with the service
For me, the Flibustier Paris brand is exceptional and of very high quality, with a look that makes me shudder. However, I was disappointed when I placed my first order, not with the product itself but with the fact that I had ordered a bracelet with gift-wrapping and a note attached... But the product arrived without all that...

My order had not been processed but the payment had been taken...
The site indicates that the product is in stock, when in fact it is not. Order placed on August 5 and finally received on August 25. However, customer service by telephone was impeccable and attentive.

I would have given it 5 stars for the quality and style of the product. But I had to pay 10€ for the return postage for a size exchange (when it says free exchange) and the worst thing is that the 150€ bracelet was sent back to me in the parcel without its original jewelry box. Especially as it was a gift, I was obliged to give it back without the box..... I am waiting for the box to be returned. Thank you for your help.
The site is very well designed, you don't get lost and quickly find the information you need. However, there was a bug when I placed my first order: it was cancelled without explanation (fortunately I wasn't charged) but I didn't receive my order in time (by the time I realized it hadn't been validated). Conclusion: downside on the first order that was not validated
