Good evening, satisfied with the bracelet. The delivery was fast and impeccable. What I find unfortunate is that I needed to exchange the size of the bracelet. So I had to pay the return postage, unfortunately when I ordered the bracelet it was on special offer, so I had to pay the difference and again the postage. What a disappointment. We've known this brand for years (since the first boutique), but it's getting worse and worse. Ordered on February 6 for Valentine's Day, no news on February 14. Finally, after a reminder, the product is only available in the boutique and they refuse to send it to us !!!! What a disappointment. Deaf and unresponsive customer service, no solution offered... Long gone are the days when this brand took customer satisfaction to heart. Farewell for our part.
