I ordered a bracelet but received a ring, I reported that the order was wrong but they replied two days later and still haven't informed me that they sent me the correct order. They make up a ridiculous excuse that we didn't send your order because you didn't give me your phone number even though they didn't ask for it.

So I had to pay the return postage, unfortunately when I ordered the bracelet it was on special offer, so I had to pay the difference and again the postage.
