I ordered a bracelet with black beads, the only color that the person I wanted to give it to appreciated. I ended up with a bracelet with khaki and brown beads, so I contacted customer service who replied that it was normal, that it depends on the arrival of the bead colors. I would have preferred to be warned before ordering.

The return service phone number does not work, when I call the store I am told to call the return service, I explain that this has already been done and that there is no answer. The person in the store tells me in a not very friendly tone "oh well I just had them on the line". So I end up sending an email to the return service, it has now been 15 days since I have been waiting for a response. Not very serious ...
