- The price increase is largely due to the significant increase in money that occurred last year. We maintained our prices for a very long time rather than increasing them gradually, which may have given the impression of an explosion. However, we are not making more with these new prices; we simply tried to maintain our margins to avoid jeopardizing our workshop.
- We do not offer jewelry to anyone (except for a children's aid association). It is an exchange for visibility. Unfortunately, this is one of the only accessible solutions to make the brand known.
- Regarding the price error in question, it was generated by AI because the person who usually handles it was on leave, and the intern who took care of it chose simplicity without making the necessary verifications.
- Finally, we strive to treat each customer without the slightest elitism. We have no hierarchy, and we do everything to maintain the same quality of service. We work almost 7/7 to respond to customers and ensure that their various requests are handled in the best possible time. We even included a gift in your last order to apologize for our mistake.

Upon digging into the issue, I identified an element that partly explains the situation: you have several accounts with us, and the one used during your visit to the store had no purchase history. Unfortunately, our salespeople could not see your loyalty at the time of purchase, and they do not have the latitude to apply discounts on their own initiative — this is still regulated internally.

We are sorry that DHL did not keep its promises, unfortunately once handed over to the carrier it is impossible for us to act on anything. Most of the time DHL manages its deliveries well but as summer approaches it is always a bit less reliable..

We have been making bracelets for 15 years now and we can assure you that the silicone link we have selected is the most durable for assembling bracelets. Steel wires get eaten away by the stones and end up rusting. Chains do not fit into the stones and nylon wires eventually crack. With a little attention and care, we assure you that your bracelets will last for years.
