I bought a beautiful bracelet for a gift, but it was too small. Sent back for an exchange and, in passing, sent back another bracelet that had broken some time before. The after-sales service was top notch, they were able to follow up my request and send me back the bracelet I ordered in the right size, and the other bracelet was repaired. And very good delivery tracking.
The navigation on my site is very good, it's fluid, it's intuitive. On the other hand an error was made in my order, I didn't receive the right gourd.
Order received quickly, very nice packaging and goodies, the bracelet is very beautiful as usual.

Very good! On a negative note, the bracelet we received turned out to be too big. We sent it back asking for an exchange (we paid for our own return, which is normal). In the end, they refunded us and we had to recommend it, paying back the shipping costs. In this case, why put a small piece of paper inside the parcel indicating that you can exchange it or refund it, as you wish?
