Hello Father, we've opened an inquiry to find out what happened to your delivery. It seems that there have been 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts to your home. In this case, the carrier automatically places the parcel in a relay point. It remains to be determined whether the attempts actually took place. If it turns out to be a fault on the part of the carrier, we will refund the delivery charges.
