In fact my ring is too small I'll have to change it !!!! The site is great but on the other hand ....( don't ask questions if you have a problem when ordering... no one answers you and you're on your own ... I even had to order my Skull rosary as a guest as I couldn't access my account that day and I lost my points because of that, but I still have the necklace! That's all

I hadn't received the ring in my mailbox (theft), so I contacted customer service (lovely person) who sent me one straight back. A few days later I was able to order a ring for Christmas for my darling. The ring and the stones are great.

The parcel I received was exactly as ordered. The only problem was with the delivery. The parcel was left in another letterbox, in another area, even though the indications were correct. We got the parcel back after two days because the person who found it was very honest! The complaints department contacted us to explain the situation.
