I hadn't received the ring in my mailbox (theft), so I contacted customer service (lovely person) who sent me one straight back. A few days later I was able to order a ring for Christmas for my darling. The ring and the stones are great.

We got the parcel back after two days because the person who found it was very honest! The complaints department contacted us to explain the situation.
