Customer reviews of Flibustierparis

Great product, top delivery!

I am sorry but unfortunately the beautiful earring bought lasted 24 hours... since it has no clasp or other small protection, I lost it on the first night... and I am very sorry :-(

I dropped off 2 bracelets for repair in March because the thread had broken. One of the bracelets was old, the other dated from Christmas and had broken in 2 months. It was only when I came to pick up the repaired bracelets that I was informed of the repair cost! I was never informed of the amount I would have to pay. Moreover, you also wanted to charge me for the repair of the jewelry which was under warranty and had not suffered any shock or damage (the link of the bracelet just broke while putting it on). I am really very disappointed with the customer service, I completely understand that a repair may be chargeable, I have no problem with that, but the least you can do is announce it in the store before the repair, as required by law.

Perfect as usual, never disappointed with Flibustier! Thank you

Great, just like the previous times...

Always perfect!

Super nothing to say

the ring is superb :O)

Very nice pendant, fast delivery. I am completely satisfied.

Poorly designed bracelet: second loop too loose, neglected finish. In the store at Flibustier Paris: no advice, no sense of service, icy welcome. No solution offered. It's up to the customer to manage... and to pay more for less silverware. I should have trusted the negative reviews on Google. I left with an unsuitable product. Experience to avoid.

Articles of very good quality. Responsive team in case of questions. Fast delivery. In short, all positive!

I am being asked to pay for a repair while my bracelet is under warranty

Quality and service at the top

Great welcome and advice in the Parisian store.

Very pretty, however a difference in shade between the two rings "to life, to death" but still happy unique style

Sales service to be reviewed Broken bracelet 2 times in less than 2 years. 4 months to repair it, he even lost it. No commercial gesture was made and I was the one who followed up each time.

Great! Thank you very much, Flibustier !!

I have been ordering from Flibustier for a few years now and I am always satisfied. The jewelry is really beautiful. But I find it a shame that we are always obliged to pick up the packages at a relay point when their sizes easily fit in my mailbox.

Excellent quality jewelry, in accordance with the description and photos. Moreover, the delivery was very fast.
