Good navigation on the site. Correct delivery time. Article with a more or less correct quality/price ratio.
FLIBUSTIER is expensive but it's still great stuff. Their "skull " inlays are particularly meticulous.

Impeccable quality. Too bad it's so expensive, I have to limit myself to one purchase a year.

Website not intuitive enough, not very qualitative. Some of the photos of the items presented do not work, are not visible even when you click on them.

I am very happy with Flibustier but not with the delivery time and not with my last order.

Hello, one of the items in your order needed more time to be made. Although we make every effort to deliver on time, many pieces of jewelry are assembled or made to order, and this can sometimes delay delivery slightly.

Hello, for this order you have ordered a scarf but I assume you are talking about the other order you have just placed. Depending on the urgency of an out-of-stock situation, we have several manufacturing methods. Your ring must have been made from a mold that did not contain the engraving and the workshop must have forgotten to add it. We apologize for this error and will send you a return label for an exchange.
