Hello, we offer free delivery to relay points for all orders. Returns are free in the event of an error on our part. In other cases (wrong size, change of mind, etc...) they are at the customer's expense as explained in our terms and conditions. Please note that you can also be reimbursed for return shipping costs if you have chosen the Paypal payment solution (see the Paypal website for details).
