It took a few days longer for the shipment to arrive but not sure if it was the postal delivery service or the place that handles their shipment but this is also normally during this busy time of year before the Holidays. In any case, we are very satisfied with our service of responding back to me as soon as the shipment was found to be delayed as this is ‘excellent customer service’.
