I ordered a trampoline roof at the end of June, received a first package with a mat that was not meant for me. After a complaint, I received a second package with a tube. Still not the right product. In the meantime, they had a carrier come to pick up the first package, and a postal label for me to return the second package. My dissatisfaction comes from the delivery time which was not respected and the price of the product: for a delivery to Switzerland, the shipping + customs + VAT costs almost as much as the trampoline itself.
