The product is perfect, but I was very disappointed with the delivery conditions. The chosen provider asks the customer to be present one day during the week between 8 am and 7 pm, without at least being able to guarantee a delivery in the morning or the afternoon before the morning of the delivery itself. My dissatisfaction comes from the delivery time which was not respected and the price of the product: for a delivery to Switzerland, the shipping + customs + VAT costs almost as much as the trampoline itself. This should be made much clearer when ordering!
