The number of anchors for the ninja course is too few and it's impossible to recommend apart from other anchors to complete, too bad; For the 45m zip line, the spring is too weak. It is completely crushed for a person weighing 65 kg! So it does not fulfill its role even when respecting the indicated slope. It is necessary to find an additional braking system and a net to avoid any collision with the support.

I am missing 5 carabiners that were offered to me for repair and 6 days later still not shipped from the warehouses, so still handed over to the delivery person, will I ever get them?
The items are of impeccable quality. However, I ordered 2 items and had to pay shipping fees twice. I wanted to choose free shipping but I never managed to validate my order. So I selected Chronopost, a paid service. Moreover, the jumping mat was packed in a simple open plastic bag... That makes the delivery expensive... The springs were delivered a few days later in a well-sealed box. One delivery would have been more economical and more ecological...
Delivery was late. Fortunately, the delivery person was friendly. The installation instructions were very brief, leading to errors. Some elements were difficult to install, resulting in injury. The result is fortunately up to standard!
Products conforming to my order, protective net for my 4.90m oval trampoline, but unfortunately damaged! Holes at the closure system of the access flap... A bit disappointed given the price, one could expect better quality!

Having ordered on Friday evening, May 30, your order was handed over to the carrier the following Monday afternoon, and with the public holiday on June 9, we should have delivered to you on June 10 and not June 12. I bought a new protective net for my trampoline purchased 15 years ago. I was very disappointed with the quality of this product compared to the net I had, which was obviously purchased from you. The zipper is of a single length without a return and not reinforced, the thickness of the mesh of the net is considerably reduced. The old net must weigh double that of the new one. It's a shame to reduce costs and compromise quality. I will hesitate to recommend France trampoline now.
It's the right size but my trampoline is green (wowhh390) and I received a net with blue, so once installed, the colors are mismatched. Too bad
The trampoline meets the description. However, a bit disappointed with the quality of the net and hooks. It does not prevent the children from slipping underneath and at the first fall one of the hooks holding it broke. I have serious doubts about the long term.
Quite long to receive and average product quality (the second one in just 1 year)
Everything actually went well, unfortunately it was not clear on the homepage that the fiberglass bows no longer need to be used with rubber bands. That is, no detailed info that it would hold without rubber bands. The assistance for assembly was great! We were able to reuse the old bows and therefore we actually didn't need the new bows. However, we kept them because the whole back and forth shipping would be cumbersome.
Partially heard request for the provision of spare parts for France Trampoline products. No response regarding the pole fixings.
The net was difficult to install, it seems narrower than the original one.... On the other hand, the elastic fasteners for the net are shorter and thinner than the original ones, is this normal or is it also a mistake...?
Fast and efficient but in case of issues, much less understanding. I ordered the wrong item so that is my fault but the return is unfortunately too cumbersome...
The set of elastics ordered was intended to replace those that broke quite quickly after the first season of use. This accessory could be more resistant, reflecting the very good quality of the trampoline otherwise. The price is also high - around *** per elastic. Otherwise, fast delivery.
Unacceptable to charge *** euros for shipping fees when we live on an island where there is a bridge, so there should normally be no problem for deliveries. Therefore, we had to have it delivered to my brother in Bordeaux, and to top it all off, he had to go pick up the package at a relay point because the carrier didn't even bother to deliver it to his home while he was there specifically for the delivery.
The assembly must be done with force for each dome bar to fit, the screws are of poor quality.
Bad choice of net
Delivery via Mondial Relay with a bounce because the allotted time was too short. I had to pay for delivery again, and I don't find that great.
Very good product. Easy order on the site. Very good to be able to get spare parts. One downside. The pole + attachment + net + arch kit is cheaper than the arch and net alone...???!!!??? However, delivery is very problematic. In 2025, you can't ask the customer to wait for free from 08:00 to 18:00 for a home delivery... It's absurd... Change providers or find platforms closer to package pickups... Delivery is paid!!! And I have to wait at home for 10 hours?? It's shameful. This failure will make me order elsewhere next time...
The delivery was quite fast but we received broken bars. Fortunately, we had some left to replace them but the package should be better wrapped for the price we pay.

3 tubes out of 8 with scratches
Hello, we had an issue with the springs a few weeks after our purchase. At the beginning of 2024, the boys tore the safety net while using the trampoline. We waited to change it but I admit we are a bit disappointed. When installing the net according to the recommendations, the fiber ring broke at one point. We reinforced it with repair tape... Our children are far from intensive use and yet we encountered a failure three times. Hoping this net will hold up this time.
When I bought the trampoline, the poles were connected with a rubber band, which I found sensible. The new poles are separate and not connected. As a result, they slide apart and can bend again! Furthermore, the upper edge will not remain stable. The quality has declined for me. I am sure that the separate poles will not last long either!!!
The quality of the trampoline seems to be there. I am still disappointed that the ladder was not included in the basic offer knowing that in the photos on your site describing the product, one can see one.
Unpackaged carton delivered damaged and the item inside was also damaged. For such an expensive item, it's a shame. A partial refund was made but still disappointing.

We ordered 3 items, trampoline mat, surround and springs. The springs were missing upon delivery
The product is very good, the assembly instructions need to be completely revised, the person who wrote it couldn't assemble the trampoline with it!!! And as for the carrier, it was a disaster, he comes to deliver to a private individual with a huge truck and leaves the package by the roadside, a pallet of 350 kgs!!! And on top of that, he is very unpleasant. If I had been informed that I would be delivered by the roadside, I would not have ordered the product. Consequently, I am not satisfied with the delivery.
12 years ago, I chose France Trampoline for the quality of the material, which has been confirmed. I have made other orders that were of good quality. This last order does not meet the brand's level of requirement. I am deeply disappointed to find that the parts are of mediocre quality and significantly inferior to the original parts. Very low-end and of poor resistance.
