After a month, I am still waiting for my order and customer service is poor and slow
The cover was delivered without the springs.
Not recommended, I ordered a slackline brake, the kids had fun for 3 days and then it broke. Sent a photo to possibly get a replacement, nothing happened, on the contrary, they doubt that it was installed correctly, etc. The picture shows the installation exactly. Installed according to the instructions ... no replacement received, would not buy here again
I am still waiting for my order
Purchase of a replacement net. Compared to the original net, the quality is really worse: lightweight material, snagged during installation, no Velcro like the previous model. Additionally, after a storm yesterday, a white and very foamy product was dripping from the net (we do not know what it is - toxicity on a product for children?)
Order placed on April 23, no news by May 13. Customer service does not respond.

The bars of the monkey bars and top den are far weaker than the bars of the main de we have. I ordered and paid for a trampoline surround on 23.09.2024 because I had a good experience with the delivery of a jumping mat. The delivery date was set for 28.11.24, and on 29.11.24, the handover to the carrier was confirmed. Since then, the shipment has been untraceable, as communicated via email on 12.12.24. As of now, on 05.01.25, I have no information on whether and when I will receive the delivery.

I complained about the catch net due to defective teeth on the zipper. It was not accepted. The child fell out of the net and was severely injured. Only then did a new net arrive. Moreover, the bottom attachments are no longer provided and therefore have to be recovered and installed by us for a price much higher than in 2020 (we paid 119€, order FT140331). So, we pay more, lower quality, and fewer accessories... in short, we are disappointed and the more it goes, the lower the quality for a higher price. Too bad... Had to change the bars because the anchoring system did not hold for 9 months and the trampoline flew away. The order was supposed to ship the same day. I had to call back 3 weeks later because it still hadn't shipped. 3 iron bars and two trinkets for 35% of the total price of the trampoline. Elastic not provided in the bars that hold the upper net. In short, it's good Chinese junk!!
