Delivery ok. Assembly alone without issue, only downside, one hook of the net gave way but it had been assembled by the kids and I'm not sure it was well assembled. The strip 'to make it look nice' is really the only thing that gave me trouble, impossible to assemble this thing, but since it's just finishing... The trampoline is great, it looks sturdy (both the structure and the nets and the jumping mat). The kids are having fun and the bounce (Jump'Up 360) seems to be of good quality, I'm not a specialist but I spend time on it 🙂

Very high-quality zip line. The slide could be quickly and safely assembled with two people; the assembly instructions were of course a great help here. It quickly becomes clear during assembly that this is not a cheap product; thus, you can have fun sliding with the kids and also yourself with a clear conscience.

Nothing to report on the material and information. Very professional and serious people on the phone. The only downside is that I paid for a 48-hour delivery, I received the product 2 weeks later. The person on the phone told me I would be refunded for the delivery because it was for a birthday, so it really spoiled everything, but now when I send them emails, no more response. Delivery problems can happen, but the least you can do is respond...

The assembly was quite quick with two kids aged 4 and 9 in 1.75 hours!! Since then, our kids have a lot of fun on the trampoline.
