Very good quality trampoline compared to what is available from the competition (but the price is also higher). I give 4 stars because 1 tube out of 10 to hold the net was not drilled at the junction of the extension and 1 spring out of 88 was bent. However, if I had to rate the carrier, it would be 0 stars because he delivered a completely broken 150 kg pallet (he was nice, he left me the pieces of wood...) and when leaving, he caught my gate and tore off the flashing light and the threshold stop, all of course without wanting to make a report and take responsibility, but this is currently under review with our insurer and only indirectly concerns France Trampoline through the choice of its carriers.

Very good product and nothing to say about the delivery.

I ordered several hooks for the Ninja-Line. When I received them, one was missing because the shabby packaging was torn. I received the missing hook replaced, nicely packed. I wonder why it wasn't packed properly in the first place?! The hooks themselves are okay, but if you swing a bit wilder, the swing ropes slip out of the 'hook rail'.

Really delighted...everything is perfect I recommend without problem

The description of the zip line matched exactly with the product received. The delivery was very fast. Only the instructions were somewhat difficult at times. With two people, the assembly is nearly impossible. Would gladly do it again!
