I ordered a trampoline along with some springs because my old one was broken. On the site, I found all the information to take the right measurements and understand if it could fit my structure. Before proceeding with the order, I asked for some advice from customer service, which promptly replied. I am very satisfied with my new trampoline that arrived on time, was quickly assembled, and has made my family happy to jump on it again 🙂

Very satisfied with the speed of delivery and the product. Just would have liked the assembly manual. In any case, the explosion to install it.

My nephew (10) is very satisfied and has already mastered cool stunts. He has handled it very well. The board seems very large when unpacked, but it is just the right size for the trampoline and my nephew.

According to my children and their friends, the trampoline, about 365cm, jump up, bounces much better than the cheaper ones. Quality seems very solid. I can't say anything about durability after 2 months yet.

Replacement part in customer service. Sent without issue and received without issue, on the agreed day. Nothing to say.

Everything is of very good quality, assembly is smooth and the provided tools are suitable and sufficient. The only negative point is the announced assembly time... 20min. It took us more than 2 hours for 2 people to assemble it from start to finish. And even if we are not the fastest in the world, it is clearly impossible to assemble this trampoline (octopulse 460) in 20min.

Good. Clear manual but assembly a bit long to do with somewhat muscular arms…

Replacement of the protection due to damage caused by hail and the ladder. The parts are available several years after purchase, that's why I chose France Trampoline. Package sent in the week following the order.
