Order as expected, competent customer service. However, the parcel relay delivery service was mediocre. Item not delivered to the relay the first time but returned to the supplier who contacted me to find out what was going on. Delivery OK the second time with a delay of 3 weeks.

I am rather disappointed overall with the material itself. I took FRANCE TRAMPOLINE "one of the most expensive" hoping for a certain quality and ease of assembly. Difficult assembly of the base tubes and poorly designed, I can't imagine their disassembly. Plastic hook for the cover around the trampoline very fragile and fixed in a dubious place (springs), three already broken. I've had it for a short time. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it. I ordered a trampoline along with some springs because my old one was broken. On the site, I found all the information to take the right measurements and understand if it could fit my structure. Before proceeding with the order, I asked for some advice from customer service, which promptly replied. I am very satisfied with my new trampoline that arrived on time, was quickly assembled, and has made my family happy to jump on it again 🙂

My nephew (10) is very satisfied and has already mastered cool stunts. He has handled it very well. The board seems very large when unpacked, but it is just the right size for the trampoline and my nephew.
