The description of the zip line matched exactly with the product received. The delivery was very fast. Only the instructions were somewhat difficult at times. With two people, the assembly is nearly impossible. Would gladly do it again!

The order went very well as did the delivery. Perfect. This trampoline is wonderful for both an adult and my little girl who just turned 3 and it was for her. A bit complicated to assemble but it's sturdy and well protected. Over time, outside, I don't know the duration but I trust. Thank you again. Very good product in relation to the price.

Very good product despite the long wait for delivery. I was warned of a 4-week delivery time which was extended by 2 weeks, which can happen given the context... however I am very disappointed regarding the payment as my payment was debited at the time of the order and not at delivery!!!

The announced deadlines are not respected and assumed. We purchased a ninja course, 2 jump'up 360 trampolines, accessories, and spare parts about 8 months ago due to a violent weather episode. You refused to send us an invoice including the trampoline purchased in December 2020 and the accessories purchased a month later (they were not available at the time of the trampoline purchase), to facilitate a partial refund from the insurance. Moreover, the price of the trampoline has increased by 20% in 6 months and you did not want to make a commercial gesture. You will understand our dissatisfaction.
