My online order went very well (guided by phone very effectively and kindly by your advisor. Unfortunately, the delivery went badly. The delivery person did not call me as agreed (I was present completely by chance). Moreover, the package was damaged (the wooden posts of the garden shed were broken) Conclusion: France Trampoline: 10 out of 10 The delivery person: 2 out of 10

Spare parts a bit expensive delivery very unsatisfactory: postponed twice at the last moment, so forced to be stuck waiting for delivery 3 times and therefore delivery times too long.
The material is very good despite a missing part (clamp) The online instructions do not match the current model; the same goes for the main paper instructions. Main problem: the package tracking system is completely failing; I had to call three times to get information and make an appointment directly with the last carrier.

The trampoline is very good... We are very happy with the product! The downside is on the 'commercial' side. We found the offer unclear because we thought we would benefit from the internet offer of July with the free Trampofoot... except that we ordered during a sale period! We thought we would benefit from both... and unfortunately not! Ultimately, the sales were less advantageous than the Trampofoot offer, which left us with a bit of a bitter taste!!! (about *** euros on the site, while we saved *** euros on the trampoline...) In short, sales that are not really sales!!! Too bad!
I had requested that the delivery not take place before July 10. On July 6, the delivery person called me saying he was at my door. I obviously wasn't there. The actual delivery then went well at a time when I was there.

The problem is the delivery! We received the trampoline on June 21, we are on July 13 and the children cannot use the trampoline because there were missing parts in the delivery, damaged package.... so we are still waiting for the missing parts.
Trampoline ordered on April 29 to have it according to the announced deadlines at the time of order, the week of May 4 to 11 (holidays) when my little grandchildren were there. For info, on some sites like ***, announcement banner that delivery delays due to holidays. Not on France Trampoline. Delivered on the 11th to avoid frustrating the children, so left in its state and not assembled. Assembled on July 1 upon return of our grandchildren (I could have waited for the sales without worry if I had known and I would have received the free foot trampoline and the trampoline would have been assembled at the same time!).....and there, we realize that one spring has the two hooks in reverse.....New loss of time to call. As for the trampoline, we are very satisfied today. We are only disappointed with the non-respect of the announced delivery commitments (wrongly) and the absence of any commercial gesture due to these delays which caused great disappointment because we had announced to our little ones the arrival of the trampoline and this has indeed postponed the use of this trampoline by a month and a half for these little children living far from us.
Trampoline delivery not respected. We made an appointment to be there on the day of receipt and the package arrived 4 days early. The carrier called us and complained that we were not there!! The package is too heavy for him and he leaves it in a common alley for several neighbors. Unpleasant carrier who complains about the load being too heavy! It's his job and every job comes with its problems. Fortunately, the package was fine, but honestly, this type of problem needs to be addressed because buying a trampoline for *** euros is not trivial; it is an item that we could not receive as it should have been!

Delivery times a bit long (one month) due to the delivery person. Error on the number of springs received compared to the order. The person from customer service is very friendly on the phone and very accommodating.
Everything went well, except that: - the ground fixing system is an aberration, there is better to do - the net was easy to assemble, except that when we wanted to operate the zipper, it was derailed. which means it won't last long. we put it back in place. but it might fail us quite quickly. otherwise for the assembly operation everything went well.
Fast receipt of the package, not enough feedback on the use of the product but seems correct.

Delivery did not meet deadlines even though we had spent *** euros extra. I had to go pick up the trampoline directly in the evening from the delivery person so that my daughter could have her birthday gift on time! Otherwise, the trampoline is very good.
The trampoline is excellent and it was easy to set up with the help of the video on the site. However, they initially sent the wrong trampoline, so they had to do an exchange. It was not ideal to have all my children around the boxes all excited and to tell them that it was not ours. I was expecting a small gift to apologize, but no, with the price paid, you should do better.

I am following up on my order and the delivery scheduled for today. I want to point out a delivery problem. Indeed, having ordered a picnic table, I chose to have it delivered to my home to avoid handling when picking up the merchandise. The delivery was scheduled for today, so I took a day off to be present. Being at home, I do not have my mobile phone with me. I just realized that I received a call and a voicemail from the delivery person. He did not bother to deliver my package to my home, as requested at the time of purchase, but left it at a parcel relay 5 minutes from my house. I now have to find a day during the week when my husband does not come home too late to go pick up the package. I do not find this correct at all on the part of the delivery person. You should escalate this information.

Seat poorly adapted for children, the gap between the seat and the handle is too large. Instructions poorly explained, we had to redo it twice. And for the price, you still have to buy a sandbag for the brake. For safety, I also bought a safety harness for the children. The zip line is very long and the child can let go at any moment. It's dangerous with the speed. I don't understand how such an item can be sold without safety accessories at least for children. Otherwise, good item, we have fun, just need to review these criteria.
Good contact, but bad result: indeed the person who took care of me made an order mistake. I received a trampoline net that is not at all the size of my trampoline. So I have to return the wrong net and I am waiting for the new one........
The purchase and delivery went well, but unfortunately we have not yet been able to get rid of the huge double pallet on which the trampoline was delivered. The freight forwarder refused to take it back, and the bulky waste we ordered for today did not take it either.
