Everything is of very good quality, assembly is smooth and the provided tools are suitable and sufficient. The only negative point is the announced assembly time... 20min. It took us more than 2 hours for 2 people to assemble it from start to finish. And even if we are not the fastest in the world, it is clearly impossible to assemble this trampoline (octopulse 460) in 20min.

Replacement of the protection due to damage caused by hail and the ladder. The parts are available several years after purchase, that's why I chose France Trampoline. Package sent in the week following the order.

*** Another thing has been the service provided, where it is very improvable since I paid a surcharge for transport to arrive earlier and it didn't arrive; also, I was missing the ladder and it took more than two months to send it.

Very good quality trampoline, I recommend without hesitation.

The trampoline is great, but the assembly is hard work. Especially stretching the net took a lot of time and effort from two adults. The ladder was delivered weeks after the trampoline - which wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned that the ladder cannot be installed afterwards! We now have to remove the entire net again and remount it, which no one wants.
