A true professional for trampoline
I had problems with the carrier who delivered in two parts and the package from the second delivery had been opened and resealed by the carrier.
Accessories for zip line ordered from Switzerland. Very fast shipping and reasonable shipping costs, I am pleasantly surprised. The products seem to be of good quality. To be seen over time.

No issues with France Trampoline, you communicated very well regarding the product shortage and then regarding the delivery announcement. I regret that the delivery person did not have my mobile number. I was able to track the package's journey but had no indication of the delivery date and time slot... if I hadn't been there, I would have been penalized and it wouldn't have been my fault.
Overall good service but confirmation of the delay took a long time to arrive as the item was out of stock at the time of the order

Catastrophic!!! Impressive delivery time not stated during the order, had to contact them myself to get news despite the full payment of the order. Etc etc.... Very disappointed!!!
Everything is fine except the instruction manual for assembling the trampoline. Not at all educational!
