We called a specialized company and chose an expensive trampoline to have quality and we were very disappointed. Especially regarding the frame: the holes for screwing are not aligned, we had to buy a drill to enlarge and align them. The holes are probably made before bending the tubes and not after as it should have been. We also had to buy a tap to redo a good part of the threads. In short, a lot of equipment to buy when the manual indicates that no other tool is necessary. Instead of a few hours, assembling the frame alone took an entire afternoon (about 7 to 8 hours). For a specialized company and for the price, the quality is not up to par!
