Good product, satisfied with the purchase. However, the green skirt of the spring protection foam does not stay in place on the sides of the trampoline and the plastic hooks for securing the net do not hold well. Aside from these details, I recommend.

Very satisfied with the product. I had already bought the same one a few years ago which I sold after a move. So I am won over. However, a small question: the protection that comes over the springs moves and the springs are sometimes uncovered. Is this normal or is it a defect in installation?

Significant problem in the shipment composition. The boxes are too light in quality to support the weight of the material inside. The packages arrive tampered with, emptied of their contents. 1st shipment refused due to missing ordered parts, 2nd accepted due to urgency in use but unfortunately the same observation. The subcontracting of your packaging and shipments is detrimental to the quality of your products.
