The products are of good quality. The explanations on the website are clear and help a lot in placing the order (measuring the dimensions of the mat for example).
Quality material. Only downside: Difficult assembly: improvements needed as it makes the structure hard to disassemble for winter storage.

Why mediocre? Simply because I ordered an XXL pack and to my surprise, the order confirmation had the protective cover package crossed out upon receipt of the trampoline. Why? I don't know, no explanation. I contacted customer service, who told me to send a copy of the delivery note, which I did on May 25. But no further explanations. And to this day, I still have no response. I don't even know if I will receive the cover. And yet, I could have given 4 or 5 stars considering the quality. But today, I feel cheated. Too bad.

Material quality is TOP and deadlines respected
A shock trampoline! My 15-year-old son, quite tall and sturdy, does flips in it without anything moving. However, expect a long assembly time. Those who want something solid must be prepared to spend time (and money). No regrets at all.
