Exceptional, fast shipping and always present as a customer center. We had a small problem (a screw was missing) and they immediately shipped the missing piece in a few days. The product is exceptional, quality definitely above average.

Negative points. The zipper should have a lateral and horizontal opening. The protective net should have longer connections to attach further than the springs to prevent it from rising. The rest is very well thought out.
