Everything went super well, fast delivery. Only one part seemed to have been tried out - used before, not bad, it's intact, but the info about it would have been nice.

Ultra long delivery: order placed in March to be delivered in June, announced at the time of ordering but quite vague, so very long for a child who is waiting to use their trampoline. I chose to order the mat on this site because the photo showed an identical screen-printed jump4fun mat and the one received was marked France rampoline. If this had been indicated at the time of ordering, I would have placed my order on another site for a much faster delivery and also cheaper. Regarding the quality of the mat, it seems correct but the quality remains different, at least visually and to the touch compared to the original one, but too early to judge the resistance.

Very good. Just the delay for the order supplement, 3 months is long for a ladder. But we can understand the stock problem.

Improve the after-sales service. I purchased in February 2021 and immediately received part of the product and in June 2021 the remainder. Availability should have been declared at the time of purchase and not afterwards.

The trampoline is perfect. My son loves it. The screws for assembly were missing because the package was damaged upon arrival but I did not check the contents in detail. After contacting customer service, we quickly received the screws. Very efficient service. Thank you for everything.

Nothing to complain about, perfect service. As for the attachment of the trampoline protection, an instruction manual would have been welcome as it seemed to me that the plastic hooks were not suitable!!!! I still managed to attach this protection with a bit of perseverance.

An order that completely meets my expectations, the advantage of France trampoline is the possibility of having spare parts which allowed me to refurbish my trampoline for about thirty Euros. However, it would be necessary to place assembly instructions in pdf format on the site because going to watch videos on YouTube for changing parts is a bit tedious.
