Hello The only downside is the assembly because you need to be 2 and it’s a struggle and we get our fingers stuck

So it’s terrible with you, lost order, I only get refunded when you find the order, finally I’m offered a new delivery which I kindly accept and I receive an email 4 days later to tell me that there is a 2-month stock shortage, a joke!!! and yet I liked your concept, I hesitated with *** and well it would be ***. So I’m hesitant to give you a bad review on Google.

Very satisfied... very good quality. The children never get tired of the zip line, neither do the adults!! The whole family tested it, even grandpa 😂. Delivery was quite fast... really not disappointed... thank you 😊

Very good trampoline, 250cm version, looks good. The net is well tensioned, and if you respect the direction of the bungee cords that hold it, the trampoline does not creak 👍 Attention, adults can go on it, but my butt touched when I tried a trick... (falling sitting) I had contacted customer service before ordering to make sure that adults can enjoy it... I was told that the standard imposes 50kg regarding the circumference... but that you can go up to 130kg... I weigh only 70 and I touch when jumping hard... It's still the same fabric and the same springs as the 300... but the 300 is a bit higher...

Hello, The trampoline is functional, even if in some cases the diagrams in the manual are not adapted to the specific model I bought. A very big negative point that I invite you to consider: the stock reduction policy is not optimal given the very long restocking times. I want to buy complementary products (tent, etc.) but what's the point if it's to receive them almost at the end of the school holidays?? (and we are only in June..). I can't be the only one in this case... You optimize cash flow but surely miss out on sales.. 🙁

Even after a few weeks, I was able to exchange the goods and now everything is great again, thank you

Perfectly matches my order

Super quality trampoline and rather simple to assemble with 2 people.

Product perfectly compliant. It is preferable to be 2 for the installation to ensure good cable tension. We installed it over a distance of 17 m and it works very well. The children are having a blast and the parents too (I weigh over 90kg).

I informed customer service with supporting photos that I found the shackles too small.

Having already purchased a trampoline from France Trampoline several years ago, we ordered new parts to replace some that needed to be changed. While everything went well regarding the order and delivery, we found it unfortunate not to have an explanatory manual for changing the new parts. Indeed, some of the new parts ordered have changed compared to the old ones and do not fit together in the same way. Positive point, we noticed that the new materials had been improved in the meantime!
