The quality of the products is there but very disappointed regarding the delivery time and the information provided following my call. Indeed, I took the care to call to ensure that the order would arrive before 24/04, the date of my daughter's 10th birthday. The package arrived damaged. I noticed after picking it up that two pieces were missing. I contacted France Trampolino to find out how I could return it. They never replied to me.
