Too bad the delivery took so long even if I understand the COVID context but still several months. And especially 2 separate deliveries the trampoline after 3 months and the anchoring kit another 2 months later... Otherwise, effective phone contact to get information on the deadlines and change a delivery address given the delay. Too bad the phone details were not changed at the same time as the address. This generated some misunderstandings with the delivery person....

It is very satisfying to find spare parts for a trampoline purchased four years ago. And it is also very satisfying to discover that the quality of the spare parts is just as good, if not better, than the originals.
