Nothing to say about the quality of the trampoline but the seriousness regarding the shipment of the jumping mat leaves something to be desired... moreover, charging for both the return and the sending of the new jumping mat is a bit much, which increases the final price by 30€... when one makes a mistake, one usually takes responsibility!!!

Hello, We thank you for your good rating on the ordered product which was a jumping mat. After checking, you had placed a first order for a jumping mat with a diameter of 2.44m with 48 springs of 180mm (from hook to hook and in your hand). We therefore called you before shipping to confirm these dimensions. You responded positively. After receiving the first package, you called us back to say that your springs are actually 160mm long while you had previously confirmed that they were 180mm. So indeed, in this regard, the return of the second jumping mat remains at your expense as you did not confirm the correct dimensions from the start. We cannot make mistakes in our shipments as you place the order and we also call to reconfirm the dimensions taken by you. A trampoline promotion and the trampo foot at delivery no trampo foot because a code was forgotten during the order I call and today I have the trampo foot for free but I still pay 12 euros for shipping for me it is not free it is clever however my son is having fun on his trampoline

Your order is automatically transmitted to our preparation service and without the code, our preparation unfortunately does not include the trampo foot. Delivery and contact were quite correct. But the delivery person did not offer to bring the package to my house from my gate, which is still 80 meters to carry the package. Admittedly, the package only weighed about ten kilos, but it would have been more correct to offer to bring the package to the house.

Delivery services adequate to what was agreed. I contracted urgent service and it did not arrive on time, ruining the surprise of my little daughter's birthday, without being compensated in any way, just with the relevant apologies after my complaint. And to make matters worse, I was charged for the urgent service for which I had to request a refund. Satisfied with the product purchased, not so with the delivery service.

When placing your order 48 hours before the desired delivery date, we told you that we would do our best to deliver it on time, that is, making an urgent shipment with a supplement of €10 knowing that in that case the delivery time is 48 to 72 hours. And we did so, with the bad luck that the package arrived in 72 hours and not in the desired 48 hours. Still, we immediately proceeded to refund the €10 supplement for this shipment and we apologize for the inconvenience caused, despite having made it clear from the beginning the impossibility of guaranteeing 100% delivery within the desired time. The parts provided by the after-sales service do not fit well with the old model of trampoline. The springs had to be forced into the arches, the cap of the net pole does not have the same diameter as the pole at all. Moreover, it is difficult to make this situation understood to our contact at France trampoline despite explanations and photos provided. I feel like we are being mocked because I cannot believe they are so unaware of the products.

It's a shame that we can't exchange or change when the product doesn't fit because that just happened to me. The product I ordered doesn't fit. Attention the mistake is mine, I took the dimensions wrong, I realized it before installing it but it was too late, but well, the product is left on my hands. So don't do like me, take the measurements well before confirming the order because not all products are exchangeable or refundable, too bad!!!!

Very good quality-price ratio for the trampoline, package received in good condition but average delivery service. Order placed on 25/04 and received on 03/05, correct delay, but one day blocked at home waiting for delivery. Already the time slot for the appointment between 9 am and 3 pm was too wide but when around 3:30 pm I call the delivery company that I still have not been delivered, they inform me that the delivery has been postponed between 3 pm and 6 pm and that they are sorry for forgetting to inform me... not great. Luckily I was on vacation that day, the delivery finally took place in the evening around 6 pm and it was compliant.
