A quality as always perfect, which gives the impression it will last over time (we have a trampoline from the brand for over 8 years, and apart from very classic wear because left outside, it is in great condition!) the children were thrilled to discover the domes, the hammock, and the dome tent, honestly a great value for money.

Quality material provided as described. The assembly is well described in the manual and the video is well made and quite detailed. The assembly went smoothly. I regret that it is not possible to mount the passage with the closure on the small side. I had forgotten when we chose the location that the branches of the tree would hinder entry into the trampoline. Suggestion: 1- have the possibility to place the passage between the large and small sides 2- Indicate the necessary height for the passage.

The material is quality as usual. Fast delivery. However, the slide had a part pre-assembled, which was pre-assembled upside down. We had to turn it around.

Ordered trampoline spare parts. Delivery to Switzerland unfortunately not possible. (= 4 stars) Therefore sent to a border station in Austria. Fast delivery. VAT refund worked smoothly, with customs receipt as pdf. Communication was good. Attention: Emails may end up in the spam folder.

However, the YouTube videos also need improvement. I would have liked to see more details for assembling especially the 1st and 2nd floors of the dome.
