The service has been excellent. We made a mistake when ordering (we ordered two products and the availability times were different, so I had everything done in a single delivery). It was a gift and it wasn't going to arrive on time due to the error, I sent a message and they contacted me immediately and solved the problem at no cost.
Very good quality trampoline but very long to assemble, you need to have strength. We still haven't managed to assemble the ladder... Too bad the delivery time was so long and that we received the whole thing in several parts (6-8 weeks apart)
Too bad the delivery took so long even if I understand the COVID context but still several months. And especially 2 separate deliveries the trampoline after 3 months and the anchoring kit another 2 months later... Otherwise, effective phone contact to get information on the deadlines and change a delivery address given the delay. Too bad the phone details were not changed at the same time as the address. This generated some misunderstandings with the delivery person....

It is very satisfying to find spare parts for a trampoline purchased four years ago. And it is also very satisfying to discover that the quality of the spare parts is just as good, if not better, than the originals. Unacceptable delivery, the delay of more than 2 months after the deconfinement I understand therefore delivery scheduled for mid-July, but after the announced delay no delivery, forced to follow up, new delay announced for September 1, so more than a month of delay, and another week after this announced delay on September 1 to receive it!
