Following premature wear of the protective pad, the company was able to react quickly to our issue and sent us another one. Serious site, quality products despite our small issue, which was resolved quickly.

Trampoline received 3 months after the order. But the order was placed at the end of April 2020, during COVID-19... that explains it. Package well wrapped.
