Order ok

Overall good quality and good customer follow-up. However, the small plastic parts of the trampoline are fragile. I had a problem with a part of the ladder and now with the tensioners under the trampoline. It's a shame because we bought French to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

Ordering was easy, despite the announcement of a waiting time, it still went relatively quickly. I had chosen purchase on account, which wasted time because the amount had to arrive first. Otherwise very satisfied and our trampoline roof serves its purpose perfectly.

A few small issues related to the carrier but quickly resolved thanks to a customer service that is easily reachable and responsive. Thank you.

As I ordered without being at home, I relied on the information present on the site, however, the size of your springs has changed for the Ovalie and I ended up with springs that were too short... exchange made without any problem, long delays to my taste but for a health crisis period, probably normal.

Very fast delivery despite COVID, quality product, the children are delighted. It's a shame that the recommended 8% slope for cable installation is not indicated on the site in the product description; I couldn't install it where I had planned. On the other hand, I noticed a small defect on the multi-strand steel cable, one of the strands is folded over itself for a few millimeters. I hope this won't affect its longevity (I took a photo). I would have liked to make a complaint to have it exchanged but the children were too impatient...

Material conforms and of good quality

Trampoline delivered a few days late. Problem with the jumping mat: one strap was damaged and gave way after a few minutes, at the level of the triangular attachment that connects to the spring. The mat was changed quickly, without a message, little note, comment... But it arrived quickly and without hassle 🙂 ... We also ordered a cover, and it is already quite delayed!!! 🙁

Purchase of the zip line, easy assembly, seems to be of good quality.
